Matiks coverage reports

This project hosts Istanbul HTML coverage reports published by the PR Checks GitHub Actions workflow.

Reports are not served from here. Each pull request deploys to its own branch alias at https://pr-<number>.matiks-coverage-reports.pages.dev, linked from that PR's checks comment.

Placeholder for the production branch. Coverage HTML embeds application source, so this project is access-controlled.
